Breakfast with the Witches

My sister-in-law, Jackie, invited us to go and eat breakfast with the witches this morning. There was great food and entertainment, well worth the money! Check out the fun we had...

Pumpkin Patch

Maya had a blast at the pumpkin patch that we went to on Saturday, it was hard to get her to go home. Her favorite part was running through the hay maze.
A few days later she got to carve her pumpkin with daddy!

Habit forming too young?

The ladies hit the town last night... My mom, sister-in-law Shelby, aunt Anne, Maya and I went out to get pampered. I think Maya loved the pedicure a little too much (sorry Tommy), she had to be a part of the whole process right along with me. They enjoyed doing Maya's nails too, they went above and beyond with extra coats of polish and fancy decorations.

A Cinderella Birthday

Ever since Maya heard my birthday was coming up, a few weeks ago, she has been talking about my birthday cake. She decided that I was going to have a "Cinderella Cake" made by her and daddy. We've been hearing about it every day since.

The day finally came...

And to top things off, when getting dressed this morning, she said, "I am going to wear my Cinderella underwear because it's your birthday!" She is such a thoughtful girl, couldn't have ask for a better present!!

Dinosaur Park

On Labor Day we took Maya to the Dinosaur Park in Ogden. She enjoyed pointing out the dinosaur that she saw, but liked hunting for the "black boxes" even more (the speakers that made the dinosaur noises).

The playground was the perfect size for her, she was completely independent and it was fun to watch her run around non-stop.

She got to search for fossils, using a paintbrush in the sand. And, got a souvenir dinosaur water bottle before we headed for home.

Grandma and Grandpa Walker's

Maya and I took a flight down to Cali for a week of fun with cousins, aunts/uncles, and grandma and grandpa, and of course it flew by WAY faster than expected.

We hit up Leatherby's for a night of ice cream and spending grandpa's quarters.

Grandma held a popcorn/ movie afternoon with all the grandchildren. They watched "Rio," well started it any way. They have a hard time focusing when they are all together.Maya loved helping grandma and grandpa bring in fruits and vegetables from their garden.
