Maya and I started a "Mommy and Me" dance class last night. This girl was so hyper the whole hour before we left, she was very excited to go. I was dressed and prepared to do a lot of dancing with her. And, as expected, the other mothers/dad were encouraging their girls to participate by dancing right along with them. I did not have to take that roll, I was able to stand back and enjoy watching my little girl rocked it. She was a little wild and hyper (I'm sure it will die down as the newness wears off) but danced every second we were there. It was so much fun to watch her. (This is what I got when I asked her to pose for me)

3 Months

Someone turned 3 months yesterday!
He doesn't have near the amount of tricks that Maya had by this time, but makes it up with an abundance of smiles and drool. We love this sweet little guy!

Lil' Bomber and Lip Gloss

I found this sweatshirt and these sweatpants last summer for less than $5, my Silhouette was calling my name. I knew if I had a boy I wanted to make an outfit that would make his dad smile (those who know my husband well understand). Here's the cute little guy sporting it this morning.
Maya loves it when he gives her "Kisses"
Maya got hooked up with some lip gloss from Grandma for Christmas. She is making me laugh, she's been lathering it up all morning! I'm so impressed, she never licks it off. She's better than me.

"Bless us all to be princesses..."

I am so glad Maya is back to volunteering to say our family prayers at night. Last night she asked Heavenly Father to "bless us all to be princesses." I guess being daddy's little princess isn't cutting it.

Christmas in Cali

We rolled into town Christmas Eve and got to stay and visit with my family for a week. Maya was spoiled and loved being around her cousins 24/7.
Christmas morning:

Rett slept through it all!

Grandpa treated the kids to ice skating:

We played at the park:
Maya has been asking to go to the park every day this winter, finally it happened!

Week Before Christmas

We had a fun week leading up to Christmas...

Maya decorated Gingerbread Houses.

We went to the Jensen Christmas Party and met Santa. She got the "pink helmet" that she has been talking about FOREVER. Now she can ride her bike like her daddy.

And, Maya and Rett got to open their Christmas presents from Grandma and Grandpa Jensen before we headed to California.
